Executive Coaching

An executive coaching relationship focuses on enhancing your unique leadership capability in support of your career, your organization and your life. A typical executive coaching relationship with Tiger Lily Coaching Services will include:

Two Foundation Sessions (one and a half hours each):
  • Design an alliance which will create the terms, scope and structure of the coaching relationship to best meet your needs.
  • Explore your leadership role in the context of your whole life;
  • Uncover your personal values;
  • Explore your organization's values and how they align or reflect your values;
  • Identify major issues and agree on the key areas of focus.

  • Two, face to face or telephone meetings per month for a minimum of six months to work on some or all of the following. During our sessions, you will:
  • Articulate your personal vision and strategies for achieving it;
  • Understand how your personal vision aligns with the vision of your organization;
  • Enhance your awareness of how your personal leadership style impacts your effectiveness;
  • Create an environment where it is safe for your people to tell you what you need to hear versus what you want to hear;
  • Uncover the powerful and revealing questions you need to ask to maintain your competitiveness and improve your performance;
  • Face and act on the decisions that are critical to your success; and / or
  • Create more room to enjoy and live your whole life.
