Life Coaching

During a coaching relationship you will work on those areas of your life that you most want to grow or change. A typical life coaching relationship will include:

Two Foundation Sessions (one and a half hours each):
  • Look at your whole life and your degree of satisfaction with all aspects of your life;
  • Uncover what you most want and need in your life to feel fulfilled;
  • Explore and uncover your values;
  • Explore what you most want to change in your life and where you want to focus in the coaching relationship;
  • Develop a designed alliance between you and your coach that helps you create and live the life you want.


  • Three 45-minute telephone sessions a month to deepen your learning and self-awareness and move you forward toward the life you want. During our sessions, we will:
  • Create a vivid picture of your ideal future self and use that vision to propel you forward;
  • Realign your goals, priorities and choices to better align with your values;
  • Explore and choose new perspectives on old issues;
  • Uncover the negative self-talk that sabotages you just when you are moving forward;
  • Enhance your capacity to fully experience your life as you live it.
